I need contact for Germany Benz Headquarters to complaint on a service at the dealer

Hi

I had very bad experience at my last visit to the local dealer. They broke something in the car and they are covering it up. US headquarters cant help me - they just dont care since it doesnt concern them. So I need to complaint to the Germany headquarters. Maybe someone will listen and pay for the damage they did.

Please if anyone can help me get some sort of contact info or place where I can complaint.

I am not sure German headquarters will care on overstepping MBUSA authority.
We do have German members here that can provide you with phone numbers, but do you speak German?
The member Diesel Benz seems to be well informed, so I would ask him.

They're not going to do anything. Through what contacts have you gone already to try and remedy your situation? MBUSA has no power over the dealer's service dept. unless they act out of good will and pay for you.

Why don't you get a lawyer?

In most states, car dealers are regulated industries. so your best bet for satisfaction may be as close as your state's consumer protection agency.

You said you wanted the dealer pay for the damage that they've done to your car but they didn't. Sue them in small claim court if you think you got a good case and the damage is only few $K. Make sure you keep all paperwork, proof, etc.

Demand that the dealer put you in touch with the regional rep.

Why CFAO, Mercedes Benz dealer in Mauritius don't give quotes for parts? We mailed several times but no reply received.
We need a contact in Germany.
