Exclamation 1985 MB 350 SL

Hello, my name is Nathan and I have a 380 SL.

I'm unable to get it started: It will start and run for a few momnets but cuts off after I've i mash the gas pedal. I've realized, fuel is not traveling towards the front (fuel distributor).
The car has been sitting for several years with gas in it.

I've changed the fuel pump (after draining the tank) and replaced the fuel filter; and ordered a another fuel pump relay.

I don't know where to start with trouble shoooting the cause of fuel not gettig to the fuel distributor (it's dry).

There are so many options to troubleshoot:
1.Warm-up compressor
2. Control unit
3. Idle speed adjuster
4. Cold Start valve
5. Fuel reservoir (acculmulator)

I'm gonna drain the tack again and see if any particles are stuck in the screen' blcoking the flow of fuel.

Welcome! As a fellow SL owner, I strongly urge you to head down to the R107 forum and start asking questions. LOTS of information and knowledge there.
