My E320 cdi Avg, spending a lot of water and white rose

hello here - I have a problem I want to ask you about. My E320 cdi Avg, uset a lot of "water" and white roses - especially when the engine has few revs? I have registered the fact that in many cases cold air are sent into the cabine when it Oozes most. I think its the cylinder head gasket that need to be replaced - any other suggestions?
