Can't find the Brake Master Cylinder for a 1990 190e 2.6

I have a 1990 190e 2.6 MB, and it is in need of a new brake master cylinder. This is an easy enough thing to fix (or so I thought), but I can't seem to find the right part. I am brand new to the MB world (and so far have loved owning one) but I seem to be stalled right now.

I understand that all mercedes parts are marked with all necessary info for replacement. The brake master cylinder that we pulled off our car has an "89" on it (I assume this is the year the part was manufactured) also it has the numbers 19/23 and 074/11 on it.

My trouble is this. The part we pulled has 2 ports for the brake lines, and every replacement part that we can seem to find has either 3 ports OR is reverse compared to our part.

Does anyone have any suggestions? We have been searching and searching.

Thank you so much in advance. I am glad to have stumbled upon this site, it seems that it will a powerful resource! Also, I don't know if a free membership to this forum would allow me to upload pics, but I'd be more than happy to upload a picture of the part we have for anyone to look at.

You can get the Mercedes part number from the EPC or by checking with a dealer. Then with that you should be able to track down your part. A search will also bring up several parts sources used around here like Autohaus Arizona, Importec "dot" com, Buy MB Parts "dot" biz, etc.

If you run into more trouble than you expect, you might consider rebuilding the one you have. It might be the easiest route to take.
