Angry Sprinter 311 CDI brake problems

This is my first post so forgive me if this has been answered elsewhere. Recently went to move my 2006 sprinter camper van after it had been parked up for just over one month. Brakes felt normal until i started the engine then the pedal slowly sinks all the way to the floor when pressure applied. You can pump it and get normal brake feel and brake work OK but then pedal goes back to the floor. i have checked thoroughly for leaks at all wheels and everywhere else no fluid leaking and level in res is good. Stripped down the master cylinder all looked good. Would buy a replacement but it has the upgraded master cylinder with larger bore 25 not the normal 23 and no one seems to have one. I would buy the new master cylinder but i would like to be sure b4 i spent £200+. (no job at the moment) I have had several suggestions that it could also be ABS pump??. I have completely changed the fluid and used pressure unit to bleed the brakes. sorry for the epic but thought it might save time. cheers

Hello,

I can only think of a leak somewhere in the system. Have you checked all calipers, distribution couplers and fasteners?

Also, if you have changed the fluid, there are some ABS systems which have to be bled separately and with the help of the diagnostics tool in order to activate all actuators and remove any air internally.

Good hunting to you and cheers from Mexico!!
