Do you know where the sensor is located? I am not familiar with your specific engine but if you do not know the location, start at the air filter housing and follow the plastic pipe until you locate the MAF. It should have an electrical plug in on the side. Disconnect the electrical connector. Most MB engines have a worm drive clamp the will need a screw driver or socket to loosen and the other end usually has a clamp that sort of pops up to release. You should be able to remove the MAF after that. If you intend to remove the actual sensor from the housing, check to see if it is held in place by torx security screws. If so, you will need torx security/tamper proof bits to remove it. This is all sort of general but hopefully it helps!
