Arrow Electrical issues

I am in year 4 of ownership of my 2002 S430. Can't say enough good about the car except the electrical systems. Have had issues from the start. Light bulb trouble messages when the bulbs work, electrical compressor for the air suspension system was $800 to fix. GPS is lost as a ball in high weeds. One window won't go down. Phone trouble message keeps coming up. I have finally decided to let all this just exist because the cost of repair is enormous. Just living with the problems.

Other wise this is a car the US manufacturers would do well to copy--except for the electrical gremlins. 80 MPH cruising is quiet! 900 miles on I-10 is a piece of cake. I still get 27 mpg at 80 with the air conditiong on and 29 to 30 without AC.

Does anyone know where to get a shop manual and where is the oil filter??
