Nav system reset and other Newbie questions

I just got my new GLK 250 CDI (in Spain) and am having trouble using the nav system. It seems to have me located about 200 metres away from where the vehicle actually is, so all the directions are screwed up? Is it possible to do a GPS reset without going to the dealer?
Also, how can you change the language from German to English, anyone?

New car, no manuals... stolen en route by the delivery company maybe...

The dealer has to provide the manuals first. That's not good business. There won't be any "reset". It's more than likely a software issue. You'll need to go to the dealer for updates.

I don't thin GPS reset exist. Common problem is map accuracy and MB software forcing the cursor to stay on a road.
For example my deLorme GPS shows my actual position, so when the road is mapped 200 feet from actual position (governments does the maps, so you figure it out) my position cursor travels 200 feet off the road.
On MB GPS the system wants the cursor to stay on the road, so if there is another road 300 feet away from the one I am on -with the same error the GPS will show me on the other road.
Mercedes in "over-engineering" the GPS software made few things quite crazy.
I had similar problems with gyroscopic backup.
