Computing data? - W220 S600

I just recently bought a W220 2002 S600. The wiring harness on the drivers side was slightly burned, and repaired by a unknown mechanic. I have since repaired the wiring harness, and put it back in the car.

Now my dillema is that when I turn the key into on-position, a message pops up on the cluster saying "Computing Data, Please wait!"

I also get the P0120 code on the OBDII scanner. This translates to a malfunction in the throttle body. The throttle body is off a 2001 CLK320 which has ran with no problems a month ago.

Could the throttle body be throwing off the OBDII code and message on the cluster?

Thanks in advance.
