240D electrical help

I recently acquired a 1982 240D, Manual Transmission, crank windows, and an electric moonroof.

When I first got it home the driver-side headlight didn't work, the bulb was fine there was just no power going to it, so I looked at the fuse box and saw that they were rather old and corroded, I changed all the fuses out with the correct ones from Mercedes. Now the headlight functions, everything electrical works even the hazards, except the turn signals stopped working. The bulbs are fine, all the wiring is fine.

I was hoping that someone would see this and have an answer. Also my odometer has stopped working, even the trip meter, it was like that when I got the car, so all I know is that there are roughly 120K miles on the engine and about 350K miles on the chassis. I talked to a Mercedes Dealer and they have no clue why the turn signals have stopped working and why the ODO has stopped as well, b/c everything is hooked up.
