Russian site down, who can run a VIN?

Hey guys,

Who can run a VIN? I'd like to see the information that comes up vis-a-vis options, colors, etc.

Best,

Henry

The Russian site you are probably referring is not down, you just have to register to be able to use their VIN-decoder. If you search this forum, you should find a couple of other Russian sites that are still open.

The VIN is 12305312003718. The Russian site didn't work, the other one wants CC info. Any help?

Looks like this is not known even by Startekinfo, at least not by the European equivalent.

I got my VIN decoded by my friendly Parts Desk guy at my nearest MB dealership. No charge - he ran it through the MB system and handed me a print-out. I was buying a few filters at the time, so I was a 'customer'.....

It was after that when I discovered the Russian site... before it went down.
