Angry w140 rpm

i own a 1992 w140 se500,
the problem is that when i stop my car or whenever it is not moving (whether on park, drive or neutral), i hear this low rev sound and at the same time the rpm keeps on moving, like between 1200 and 1500, it never stands stable.
i saw other w140's and no one seemed the same problem as mine.
