M156 in W124 ??

Hi. First post here... I have an opportunity to grab a good 6.3liter AMG M156 engine w/transmission & wiring harness, and am thinking bout why not put it in my 1993 W124 400E. Question: Why not? Would there be a major problem with motor mount positioning, exhaust configuration, etc? Anybody here done it? Cheers,
