Seattle, WA: I Need Help for my wife's car
In March , 2010 We traded in old 2008 ML, bought a E class at Phil Smart
She always wanted E class and we no longer drive ML since I sold business;
We always bought New Mercedes, Its was bad mistake that I bought her used CPO from Phil Smart.
I thought it was like new, great option, thousands dollar off from brand new.
the sales man who I trust since 2003.
Car had problem next day we purchase, we started car in the morning, a lots smokes making out from exhaust, car had check engine lights.
So, I decided to take to Phil Smart, and car died on the Free way and wouldn't start.
The next day, Service guy told result was bad gas, there were water in the gas tank which is filled by Phil smart.
That was beginning, Last friday we went to Phil Smart again for Brake noise. It was 8th Service appointment in 4months.
John Shepard, he is service manager in Phil Smart. He was little upset that we keep bring in car in for service. well.....the problem is car is making problems and problems....we don't want to come to dealer every tank of gas..... we was blaming us that we made a schedule on Friday afternoon.
I was getting angry about his attitude , I told my wife "Let's just go home"
and He got mad and throwing things in front of us.
He threw license plate frames.... Wife got scared and cried...
If you were in this situation.....and from now What's the best action I should do?
ne More thing, Sales man told us Car had no accident and he gave us Carfax. but on Friday when we were at the Service. other service person found that Phil Smart have record that it has been repaired and painted....
I never thought Mercedes Dealer do this to us.
I mean not just us.... for all of the mercedes customer.
