Head Unit Access

So I have a '99 e320 and I have a sony head unit installed with a sub and stuff hooked up. The issue is that I believe the RCAs running to the sub have come undone from the back of the head unit. Basically I was wondering if anyone could tell me exactly how to get access to the back of the head unit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
