E320 with check engine light!

Hi all,
I had engine codes P0130 and P0133 come up when I went to Autozone to see why my check engine light came on. The corresponding report said to replace to O2 sensor (bank 1, sensor1). With your assistance, I replaced the left side rear O2 sensor. The check engine light went out, but it returned to "service engine in 100 miles". At the end of the 100 miles, the check engine light will come back on. The car has about 80,000 miles. I just purchased it. Any ideas? My local dealership wants to hit me up for $300 just to diagnose the problem, but they will credit that toward any repair work. Did I mention I just brought it. Thanks in advance for any help! A little short in Ohio. Woody

Service engine is calling for regular service and should not trigger CEL. At least that is how it works on my car and not knowing your model I can only guess?
Get the scanner again and check what is it?
Change the oil in the mean time and reset the FSS.

Those "codes" are often pretty crude indicators of the problem at hand.

For example if your exhaust mixture is something the O2 sensor can't handle, the error will indicate exhaust sensor but the problem is probably instead MAF sensor. This is VERY common on M112/M113 engines.
