Instrument cluster outside temp cloudy, odometer not working, and clock. Can anyone tell me if the unit can be rebuilt? Power antenna running but will not go down; will it have to be replaced?

Those mechanical odometers quite often give up at 200k mark. Check the ebay for replacement, but don't hold your hopes too high. I used to have 2 spare odometer I took from junk yard, but since I sold W123 like 8 years ago - I put them in the trash.
Power antenna is pretty easy DIY. Ebay is still having the mast replacements

I let an independent shop deal with pulling the odometer and having it fixed. It was a few hundred dollars. It's the sort of thing an instrument repair shop can easily handle.
