MB Windshield Sticker

I purchased a used 2007 Mercedes that has a sticker on the windshield (lower passenger side). Does anyone know of any reason to keep it there?

If it bothers you try buying the updated decal from the dealer, it's transparent rather than white with the signature in silver. I much prefer it. As to why keep it... people love them and a future buyer may want it intact. It also shows that the windshield is an OEM one, tho as stated, anyone can add a decal they purchased if the dealer is willing to sell them one.

Thanks for the info everyone...I had no idea about the background of this sticker. It doesn't bother me (that much), so I'll keep it.

Yes, it does look like cracks in the photo...actually thin wires, I assume they are radio antenna wires.

I wondered if that was part of the antenna, but I just couldn't resist.
