carbon fiber motor tuning parts>>> technical knowledge exchange

Hi guys,Firstly, I start a discussion about, We often see some PERFORMANCE car will use modified pieces of carbon fiber materials.
wts difference between WET CARBON n DRY CARBON?DRY CARBON processed in the ultra vacuum, high pressure, high temperature (1000-3000 degrees, inert gas)a molding manufacturing. WET CARBON carbon fiber and resin is separated by hand-processing or part-machine methods made. almost all on the current market are WET CARBON.
some dealers at exorbitant prices to flaunt their products are DRY guys could think abt the truth then,,,,,,
Quality is good or bad depends entirely on the level of production technology and quality control
For example: carbon hardtop, carbon front lip, carbon hood, carbon spoilers, carbon bodykit a lot of parts are done with it. So why not spread like GF material, mainly because its price is high, uneven and not all widely available. At present, carbon fiber raw material precursor PAN -The yield is very small, basic are from Japan, the United States, Germany imported, but stay to improve quality.carbon fibre motor performance parts has many advantages: light weight (only steel 1 / 4), rigid (steel, 8 times), corrosion resistance, good thermal properties, carbon black itself looks very cool, The current direction is slightly modified to maintain the premise of the original cars horsepower to lightweight body.So lots who love modified enthusiast choice CARBON FIBRE. Just from the appearance of components it is difficult to distinguishbetween good and bad quality, such as poor quality of a few months later, the surface value of the color yellow, carbon fiber lines will be transformed. However, good quality stuff that no such problem. This depends on the quality of carbon-fiber precursor andpost-production process differences.
The role of the Forum is a learning process with everyone so just say whatever u no 2 share time here,,,,,,,,,,,,,
