Oil Leak

Can anyone tell me why my E320 V6 continues to weep oil from the front crankshaft pulley oil seal this is despite having a new Mercedes oil seal fitted and the crank shaft pulley itself inspected for any abnormal markings and wear - none were found. It does however run on fully synthetic oil - please help, any suggestions? New member, Martin

It sounds like something isn't totally sealed up if it's still doing it even with a new seal.
