transmission trouble need help!!!!

I have 2007 c230 sport with 74k on it.
Ok got my transmission flused by mb a month ago and ever since my transmission sometimes will not down shift, so when i push on the gas peddle i have no low end power at all. so i have to stop the car put it in neutral, turn the car off and restart it. After i do that its fine, so im not sure what this means at all, hope shits not breaking. so if anyone out there has had this problem or knows whats wrong, please let know whats going on.

Don't let time pass by, take it back. It probably is quality/quantity of ATF used. I assume you had the pan open and changed the filter. Otherwise, they might have screwed up something. Get some answers and have them fix it on service warranty.

Ditto to taking it back A.S.A.P. Unfortunatly, now you have waited a whole month which gives them room to wiggle out of fixing it.

JoeVal raised an interesteing point. My dealer does the flush without removing the pan so they also don't change the filter. That is why I refuse to let them do it to mine. I think we are better off with a pan drain (partial fluid replacement) and a new filter every 30,000 miles.

Thanks guys, took it in today and they said a speed sensor error'ed and thats probably the cause of the transmission error. So hoprfully this doesnt happen aging.
