need help about corret tire size that won't rub on my w202
need some help please! i have a new to me '97 c230 with eibach lowering springs. think it might be a 1-1.5 drop. not sure cuz my brother in law can't remember what he put. anyways i need help in figuring out what size tires i can get away without any rubbing with my brabus monoblock rims. the rims are 18x8.5 for the front and 18x9.5 in the rear. the offset is 35 for all 4 rims. my brother in law ran 18x8 carlsson's with 225 40 18 tires in the front and 18x9 with 245 40 18 tires in the rear with no problem. but the thing is he never installed a camber kit. so now i'm looking into installing a camber kit to reduce bad tire wear. my friend had a c36 and had 225 40 18 for the front with his monoblock v with same rim set up as mine and 255 35 18 for the rear. but i have heard that the amg's has a bigger wheel well than the regular c class. anyone has any info on this? your help is greatly appreciated.
