The antenna exist in a number of different variations, some very expensive.
According to your information, you have one with combiner, i.e. it combines radio and mobile phone signal. But most probably you don't use the phone part anymore.
You can then use the universal P/N B6 6 82 8099, which cost some 180$ (in Denmark at least - it should not be much different in US).
You may also need the rubber parts 140 820 0191 and 140 827 1298 leading the antenna through the fender. As far as I remember, they come with the antenna, but better check it out. The same goes for bracket 140 827 2914.
You may have to extend the existing antenna cable to reach the connector at the neck of the antenne unit.
From there on, you should have a new original type antenna, which is cheap to maintain (replacement whip B6 6 82 8050 is only 30$).
