I cannot help you with a part no for a complete assembly - but I am surprised that you have run out of adjustment of the cables...

Are you sure that you moved the slack adjuster (under the rear seat) in the right direction? There is also another adjustment inside each rear wheel brake drum. A small adjusting wheel is on each brake assembly.

Parking brakes systems are not expected to wear out. Maybe something has come adrift on your pedal assembly, but it's hard to believe that you need a new one. Would a WIS drawing help?

I believe it is the lever becuase there is no more "ratchet" available in the pedal...when I pull the release handle the foot pedal stays still and when I pull on the foot petal even slowly there is only about 2 to 3 clicks and then nothing and if you let go even slowly the foot pedal drops back all the way down.... That is why I am thinking I need a new pedal foot assembly...

OK - you may be right. The pedal mechanism could be toast.

Here are some WIS pages to study.

1. Details of the two versions of the pedal. You should have the latter version introduced 09/2002: with pulled notch.
2. Details of how to adjust the parking brake cables.
3. Details of how to adjust the parking brake shoes at the wheel.
