how much is this worth?

hello everyone. I'm new to Mercedes, and I'm looking to get an older 300TD to convert to run on veggie oil. I came across this one on youtube that looks promising. what would you say this is worth? I am not sure at all what this goes for since I have seen very little of these on autotrader/cars.com, and I was hoping you guys would be able to help me out.

I just bought newer W124 diesel in pretty good condition for 2 grands.
I used to own wagon like this and sold it about 6 years ago for 3 grands. My wasn't having such a good paint, but than no rust and engine was exceptionally good at 250k.
Those cars are hogs and even I didn't care too much seeking a cheap MB for my son, I scratched them out of my shopping list.
Even before you consider the car, check the engine. Blowby, full throttle acceleration and leaks. Good luck on your search

Heavy, underpowered and comparing to newer models gas (diesel) guzzlers.
W124 is much peppier car with way better fuel economy.
Won't even mention ABS and airbags.
Few members are driving on veggies in W210 as well what with 174 ponies is pretty sporty car. ... between diesels that is.
