Smile headlights turned yellow

here is a eazy fix for headlights that have turned foggie or yellow.......
Sand them with wet or dry sand paper 400 grit it what I used and sanded in a vertical or up and down motion, when you get them clear again take a polishing compound I used the white stuff like for paint scratches and rub it until it's clear again,I have used clear spray paint on them but it lasts about a year,or you can leave them and touch them up every now and then,When I figure out how I will post a picture of my finished headlight!

There are also kits you can get for instance theres this thing called PastiX (costs about $25) and it works like a charm. Very easy to use and it really does the job. I think this would be a better approach for people who don't wanna go with the sand paper approach. Just adding my 2 cents :P

Amazon has it for $11, cheaper elsewhere. Coupons available. Very favorable user reviews. I'd bet their polishing compound beats using clear spray paint.
