Post Minispare lug bolts

I am pretty sure I am missing my minispare lug bolts, so I was hoping someone could help me out with the exact size of them. I found some on AutohausAZ that look to be the right size (1 1/2"), but want to make sure since there are others sizes available. Thanks.

did you check that you really need different bolts? Some spare use the same.
Personally, for such a tricky part I would go to dealer. Especially when Internet dealers like Duval are charging almost the same what aftermarket.

Yes. It says in the manual to use only the mini bolts for the minispare. I can get OEM ones on the internet, but need to verify the size that I need.

You should make absolutely sure you have the correct bolts for the mini-spare. My son's C230 Coupe had that mini spare and a friend was driving it when it had a flat. He used the regular wheel bolts and buggered up the brake disk and screwed up the parking brake system. $850 and a broken friendship later, the car was fixed.

Good luck.

That is what you are paying dealers for. Just give them VIN and they figure it out.

Thanks for the reply. That is exactly what happens when you use the wrong lug bolts. Is it possible for someone to measure the ones they have? I am 95% sure the 1 1/2" inch one is correct, but just want to verify.

So far I haven't paid the dealer a penny and plan on keeping it that way.

Personally I rather spend my money at honest dealers, who sell on the net for decent prices, than deal with aftermarket where not only you take a chances with unknown suppliers, but not too many sellers are knowledgeable like our sponsor -German Star.
Than German Star has poorly developed web site, so there is never easy answer.
