I've been looking at some CF adapters as well so thanks for that.

It is for a P7230 ultraportable that takes a 1.8 drive as a main drive. It already has been upgraded to a 64GB SSD drive as a main drive. The other drive is used as an external. It is for my neice actually and she has problems with using an external lol. So that is why i'm looking for a more permanent solution.

No one has seemed to have heard of that Mercedes SSD card which makes me a little concerned.
Please do not talk about a Mercedes SSD card. This is a Chines seller at ebay and the product cannot be any Mercedes accessory. MB has a PCMCIA adapter but they don't make those, just put the label on it. If you buy a Sandisk PCMCIA adapter, you can be sure it is at least as good as the MB part (could be the same).

You could buy a Sandisk CF or some other memory card (according to the adapter) but these memory cards are often a bit expensive. There used to be very cheap Transcend 32 GB CF cards, I don't have one myself but forum members have bought those. I did not find these cheap from ebay now.

Ok thanks. You've convinced me i think to go the CF route. No-one has heard of that card so may be it is best to be avoided. At least as well i know that it will work 100%.
