HELP dirt/dust won't come off repainted rim

Hey guys. I had curb rash so I followed another curb rash repair and repaint writeup and I attempted it. They turned out pretty good. However next time I cleaned my car I was cleaning the dirt/dust of the front rims I had painted and the dirt was engrained in the rim and I couldn't clean them. Maybe the clearcoat didn't dry long enough? Do you have any advise to get this dirt off of the wheel because normal cleaning will not do it. Thank you SO much! M.jbrooks@live.com

Yeah, sand it off and start over. Sorry, there isn't any way to remove dirt from wet/tacky paint.
