@mlfun: You still do not understand, do you? Forget about the service. They are the best. They did everything perfectly. I am talking about buying something and not told what the condition of the product is. That's it.
I tried to put as much as I can put here but do not want to put everything because I respect their privacy no matter what and do not mention any names here. Me putting about the service guy's attitude has nothing to do with my complaint, I put that so some of you can have a better understanding but unfortunately, it made some of you confused. Not blaming anybody. I do not have the best writing skills either.
Also, I did not talk to the SA after I talked to the service manager and after all of this. As far as I know he has no idea what is going on because I talked the service manager, not him. So, if you are going to at least put your comment here, read better what I wrote, please.
