clock settings

Trying to change the time on my 2004 CLK500 and although I can change the hours and minutes, I can't seem to confirm it . Says to press "R" but can't seem to find it. Anyone help on this would be greatly appreciated.

"R" is the same stalk in the center of your instrument cluster used to reset your trip odometer.

joshuajeep is correct. It is just the odometer reset button. After I hit mine, the clock went bananas and spun around like crazy. It wouldn't stop on the correct time and kept doing circles. I finally just took my key out and it finally settled on the right time. I am not sure if this is normal behavior, but don't freak out if it happens.

Could be that the time of the COMAND is different and if you have a navigation system installed COMAND and the cluster clock are synchronized. The time from the COMAND is used then.
