How to Part Out My MBZ?

I've never had to part out a car until now, so please forgive my asking what is likely a question easily answered: How do I go about it? My 1989 300SE (W126) suffered mortal damage in a collision, but its wheels, tires and interior are very good. Also new exhaust system and alternator last July. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you. (Irvine, CA)

Start taking parts off of it and put them up for sale on ebay and craigslist.
