Smile In love with my 03 E320, Re-fit questions

This is my 5th MB and my 03 E320 just crossed the 100K mile mark. It's silver over dove grey and a a sculptural work of art in my opinion. This body is considered an icon as most of us know. And for some reason, it's extremely fast. I mean, beat an S550 off the line fast, as well as most other cars that give you that look when you're at a red light waiting for it to change (you know the look, don't pretend you're too mature to show off from time to time). I think they outdid themselves with the E-Class. My plan is to keep the car as our family go-to vehicle until it has at least 1 Million miles on the odometer. I think it makes financial sense to keep it in top running order and great cosmetic shape rather than get into more debt with an 08 or 2010 model.

My question is, is there a systematic way to catch wear-and-tear problems before the occur? Like timing belts, window switches that occasionally hesitate, shocks and struts, Etc.? Is there a magical trusted shop in palm Beach County or nearby that does it for a fair price?
