will this bolt in and work for fixing the factory system.

On new cars, the manufacturer is required to warranty the cat coverter for 8yrs/80K miles.

I'd then expect one that will only offer a 2-year warranty to be about 1/4 the quality.

It's difficult to assess the aftermarket offering based on the photo, which could be "generic." You're correct that you want something that bolts in--like the original--rather than something that requires cutting and welding.
