Just stay the course and fly straight, because the moment you forget to cross your T’s and dot your I’s I’ll be right there to pounce on yea like a fox hound on a virgin rabbit.
Not only is your grammar below par, but your imagination is somewhat lacking as well. Foxhound on a virgin rabbit? Is that what all that hustle and bustle gets you? Or did you mean this Foxhound?

Please don't sue anybody. OK, Sue? Si. So... Well Flyboy, pray never having to fly without instruments and just with star-gazing, remember that the Bigdipper is waiting to get you.

On the serious side, if a consumer with a pulse cannot collect from an Insurance Company in No-Fault Taxachussets, the last thing in his mind should be suing because with his luck would not stand a chance. But fortunately you're all set.

A car would show appreciation for preventive maintenance by never leaving his owner stranded.

Defensive Driving is never having to say you're sorry: a true love story between man and machine.

I've long advocated that celestial navigation should still be taught in flight schools. And you mean Big Dipper, right?

1) Memorialize all phone communications with the adjuster in writing. Write down what you said and what they said.

2) If no response times are being mentioned by the adjuster, you give them a reasonable response time, like five working days, etc.

3) All states regulate the insurance industry and there is usually a department that handles consumer complaints for regulated/licensed industries.

4) Some, but not all, states have laws that clearly define "unfair adjustment practice" and also set minimum standards that the adjusters have to follow. Check your state's law either online or via the insurance regulators in your state.

6) Keep in contact with the adjuster. Every time you call or send a letter, your file gets the adjuster's eyeballs on the file and it moves up on the stack of work, whether physically or mentally.

Bigdipper, what state are you in? In Texas, they owe you for what you had on the vehicle (assuming you have recpts for same) and they cannot depreciate the claim. they owe you the cost of wheels, tires, mount and balance. They could pay you less if they find the same wheels and tires elsewhere, less your deductible of course.

All the "r" sounds that he doesn't use in MA, like "cah" or "Haavad" . . . drift down to TX for "Warsh"
