xenon or bixenon, which is better?
Bi-xenon uses the HID bulb for both the low and high beam, usually by moving the cutoff shield in the projector. Regular xenon HID headlights just use a halogen bulb for the highbeam.
what are the things that I need to do or buy or change?
The best way would be to get the capsules from a C-Class with factory HID's. You would probably have to splice the wiring and reprogram the computer (at a dealership) to get it to work properly. The C-Class section of this forum should have more information on what's involved.
I would advise against putting a HID bulb into your halogen capsules. This is the cheap way, but it's not the right way. The characteristics of the HID arc are very different from the characteristics of a filament. At best, you won't get as good a beam pattern as you would with a proper HID projector. At worst, you could create a lot of unnecessary glare for oncoming traffic.
