That would be great Len.
IMHO your results would be the most valuable since you did the service after 50k.
Was it full drain, or pan service only?
Now I wish I send for testing the fluid I drained from 230k transmission, but not being original owner I wasn't sure if that was original.

I've got a torque converter drain plug, so it was a complete drain, new filter, gasket and Mercedes fluid.

OK so you did full fluid replacement every 50k.
That would be considered overdoing and I would expect the test results to be very positive. Very likely I will get the same from my freshly replaced fluid, unless there is something really wrong on the 200k + transmission.
MM coming with 90k and only partial service in the past would definitely shed some light on longer intervals. I will revive this topic in few months -hopefully with more results.
What made me starting it was the note from Ford owner that he needed 4 full flushes to bring his fluid to standards. I know it was Ford, but that gives us idea how much fluid is trapped in the machines and what it takes to fully flush it.

Okay, here is the analysis at 100,000 miles with 50,000 miles on the ATF. Click on it to enlarge it. Even then it's still a little hard to read. Be glad to answer any questions about unreadable numbers. The one on the bottom is the one done at 48,000 miles on the original factory fill.

Found my report

Thanks Len, now here is mine. Does anyone see any specific areas of concern that Blackstone didn't mention? By the way, I called and spoke to one of the techs. He is the one who told me to have another partial in 30,000 miles.

Looks like my first change (bottom) numbers were better than yours and my first analysis looks better than the second. Wonder why? Maybe different labs?

Truck owner sounds unreasonable. His Truck had 200,000 Miles on it.
Brings it to AAMCO, and probably requested the $50 Tranny Oil Change.
Then complained it's not good enough. Just like Motor Oil changes, there are basic oil changes and a more detailed one.
Arguing with AAMCO doesn't solve anything. For a few hundred dollars, they could do a Full Fluid exchange using that $30,000 Machine they have.
But your not going to get the Full Fluid exchange with a $50 coupon.

For me? I did a Tranny Oil Change, new filter, new gasket, new oil and it was good enough. I did not do a full Tranny Oil Change and I KNEW THAT.

Go to Jiffy Lube/WalMart for a $25.00 Oil change and that's what you get.

I don't know Len. All I can say with a reasonable amount of certainty is one lab's reports should be consistant from one to the other. Soon I'll at least have two from Blackstone but we might continue to wonder.

BTW I'm having trouble reading your report. What are the 50/100,000 miles numbers for Aluminum, Iron and Lead please?
