Can't help if it's not the OEM radio. Since you have taken the radio out of the car to get those numbers (unless you are REALLY limber). there is nothing for it.
You may have done the process wrong, but the manual tells you what that process is. Usually the radio code is linked to the VIN. I don't know what the deal is with a new radio.
