A pity the original poster did not get any response and no question for clarification. I wonder which diagnosis equipment gave as accurate a description as "a sensor". At least 500SEC_AMG could have his car diagnosed properly.
That's for the note DB, I have discovered that my issue is not RPM related because it doesn't hesitate when I down shift and it revs to 4000 rpm, it also won't shutter and sputter in Neutral... odd eh? Maybe it is shuttering but can only be noticed when engaged. $700 wild goose chase so far. The throttle value Sens makes sense to me. I will swap it with a new one and ask the garage to refund the MAF they installed as nothing has changed, when ever they reset the ECU I have 2 weeks of grace... then chug chug chug and heavy throttle

If it does not ever splutter/hesitate when you rev in Neutral, I would not think that it is a pedal sensor problem. If your engine only goes bad under load, surely this points to something else?

Well it turns out my ECU is not remembering its learned settings and not the Pedal value sensor. I might need a new ECU. So they reset all the sensors and throttle. Let's see how long that lasts
