Question Need help with W/S switch :-(

Hello all! Just changed pads/rotors using this site, very happy! Saved $ and enjoyed working on cars again. My W/S switch is loose, meaning it does not click to each setting and floats. It seems like a spring or whatever is behind it moved or broke. How do I remove it or the console to get behind it? This seems like an easy fix with a little time to remove what is needed to access the back. Please help. Love my car, but what an inconvience to take it to the dealer (distance) and while they do a great job, way over priced for their service.

Ditto to leapyfish, we have a DIY in the stickys that illustrates how to remove the piece you need to access that switch.
