A wreck made me an MB owner

Hello everyone!

I am a first time MB owner located here in NC. Never thought about an MB until I had my wife and I saw a wreck that involved a family with a little boy. The MB was totaled when a semi crossed the yellow line because of a drunk driver side swiped the semi. The drunk did not make it, but the great news is that the family in the C Class MB was not harmed at all. The whole right side of the car looked like it was ripped off and mangled by a car crusher. The car had full air bags and curtains that protected the family. Seeing that, my heart dropped inside of me thinking that that could have happened to me and my family. We were driving my SUV on the way back from Florida and I made up my mind that was the car for my family. When we got back I went to the dealership and spoke with the people there and explained that I wanted something safe for them. I mentioned the C Class and they pointed me into the new 2010 with all the safety features. My wife drove it and fell in love and I purchased. All this time I swear I did not even think about the price. MY family is more important than a dollar figure. AS it turns out the car came with P1, P2, Multi Media, etc. The guy said it was loaded. We have had the car now for 4 days and just turn over 100 miles. I am sure I will have lots of questions and will be looking for advice on here. Please understand that I am new and do not know much or anything about these cars. I look forward to chating with you all.
