Warranties and Things

I've just bought a CPO 2007 S550 and the dealer is offering me a host of things.
Of course an Extended Limited Warranty, but also a dents and dings, a wheel and tire package and the 'ultimate protection'. Are these items any good?
Should I consider? I have a few days before I bring him the check.
Thanks

I would consider the MB extended warranty, it typically starts when the origional ends and covers everything except radio and wear items, for 4 years 50K skip everything else. Try and negotiate the price since it goes up every year.

The extended warranty should pick up after the CPO warranty ends. That might be worth spending money on, just make you know what it will cover.

Everything else is available, probably for less money, from other vendors.

Thanks Guys. I'll take a check for the ELW when we close the deal.
I'm so excited!

The CPO warranty can be extended up to 7/100,000 and I don't understand why they are calling it limited. If by that they mean wipers, brake pads, light bulbs etc. are not then that is to be expected. The CPO covers everything that might be expensive; just make sure that is what you are extending.
