chrome trim for my new 2010 ml350

Hello to all,i am new to the forum.I am waiting for my new 2010 ml350 to come in dec.Does anyone know what the best place is to get chrome trim accessories? The door inserts are being done at the factory but i want to do headlights, taillights but without the chrome grid,it seems every on-line dealer uses the grid on the taillights even for my mercedes .com.I also want fog lights, fins.I think it is just the right amount of chrome without being over the top.The dealer wants $900 for this which i think is crazy. Some of that im sure is the cost of installation but isnt in only peel and stick?IT CANT BE TO HARD TO INSTALL CHROME TRIM.Does anyone know if is the best on-line dealer to go to for the chrome or is there another dealer.Sorry for the long post and any help would be appreciated.

Thank-you for the info. leapyfish it was very helpful.Does anyone know how hard it is to install chrome accessories ex:fins, head and taillight trim, fog light covers. It seems to me its just peel and stick. To me mercedes prices for chrome trim and installation does not warrant charging 3x the price as on line retailers especially if it is peel and stick w/3m.Is the quality of mercedes chrome trim at the dealer that much better than the top on-line dealers?
