Adjusting and Cleaning Throttle

an the Throttle on a 1997 c280 be Adjusting and Cleaned,if so how any pic's would help,i had a problem with the starting i took the wire to the switch off and the car started up do that mean i have a bad Throttle actuator or bad Throttle Control Unit

All you need to do to clean the throttle body is to take the intake hose and spray the butterfly with some throttle body cleaner. I do believe that the 97 c280 has a electronic throttle body.

did that took it off cleaned it real good both sides, took off the Throttle Position SENOR and the car do that same as with it on,is it any wat to check it

No comprende - what's a SENOR? You need to check the fault codes - both OBDII and the 38 pin connector.
