On my 84 380sl I put the top down after it rained and left it for a week. When I opened to put top up the rear plastic window turned milky in spots. Anyway to fix this. The top was only put on 2years ago and was like new .
How if any, can I repair the rear window

I use these products from Griot's on my plastic rear window with great results.

+1, You should be able to recondition it with some kind of good cleaner. I have heard good things about the Groit's products.

I have also heard that the headlight reconditioning systems work well in that scenario, also. I have yet to test that but will be starting on interior detailing my SL shortly...

Use Marine Products

Leave the window up in the sun for several days and permit the moisture
to evaporate. It actually enters the plastic.

Then try these products from Meguars
http://www.meguiars.com/estore/product_list.cfm?sectionname=Boat/RV%20Care%3EClear%20Plastic%20Care&sectionID=58101 "

I have used them for years on boats and lately on my 1988 Jeep Wrangler Sahara.

Hope this helps...Good Luck !
