Hi all this is ricoryals from new orleans

I have a 1997 e320 with 6cyl in line car was running great but has 126k miles so decided to change trans fluid while there noticed trans electrical plug was leaking trans fluid. Replaced with new plug kit also turned converter to drain plug. Upon completion car would crank but not start. It does start and continues to idle when I spray starting fluid after maff sensor. This is a list of things I have checked and replaced: 1) trans fluid wicking yes dried w/ ecc the trans computer and replaced main relay 2) replaced cps , checked with ohm and blow dryer -ok 3)Replaced fuel pump and filter 4)checked conections at transmisson for contact - ok 5)checked the plug at driver side fuse box from trans plug i believe continuity irregular 6)replaced maff sensor 7)replaced cam sensor 8)put more gas in tank cleaned all conections. when I start car w/ starting fluid let it run for a few min it will crank and start on its own but never on the first crank. After siting for a while it wont start on its own I must add more starting fluid as if its lost fuel pressure. It also has a miss at 2000rpm as if starves for fuel. Please help ! I love the car.
