Noisy door panels 2006 E350

Hi...I just bought a CPO '06 E350 4Matic Sedan with 13k original 1-owner miles.
The car looks and drives like new, but when driving over the slightest bump or uneven pavement, there is a really annoying rattle coming from the back end of the front door panels. This happens even at very slow speeds...I love the car, but is there anyway this can be addressed? (maybe by removing and reattaching the panels, or is there any way to dampen the rattle?)
I suspect the original owner was a door-slammer, and that might have loosened them a bit over the last 4 years...

Sometimes for small rattles you can buy that narrow strip foam in various widths available for sealing around house windows or AC units. It has adhesive peel-back on one side so you just cut and pop in a few places where things seem to rub and that did the trick for every car I've owned. Of course popping the panel off and refitting is a good first step and may fix the issue. Did you also try to just push around the edges to be sure all the push tabs were fully engaged? Around the lowed edge as there tend to be more tabs and fewer screws. Also lift any little panels that cover screws in door handles etc. and give them a tightening tho you will likely remove these to take panel off anyway.
