germanimportedparts.com reputable?

I just ordered a part from them online but have been very frustrated with their customer service thus far. I sent two messages with no reply after over a week, tried calling their 800# today and was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and finally hung up and just ordered the part knowing I can send it back if it isn't what I need. Just curious if anyone else has had the same issues and how the parts stack up? So far, I'm completely unimpressed by their staff and communication.

They advertise lowest prices, they just put their 800 line, so they must be inexperienced and service does not go hand and hand with lowest prices. Caveat emptor, you get what you are paying for. What did you expect?

Thankfully it's not a mechanical part so I'm not too worried about it, assuming it actually arrives that is. Yes, you do get what you pay for and in this case I paid for the part and no customer service it seems. Thanks for your perspective.

As a follow up for others, I received my part yesterday, however I would NOT recommend them because of their poor, no, that would indicate they tried and failed... their TOTAL LACK of customer service. Steer clear, there are plenty of other vendors out there who care about us and our cars. These people are amateurs.
For the record, I do prefer to buy from forum sponsors but none carried this particular item from what I could tell.
