Engine swap of '06 E55 of 07' E350/550 into my '95 E320.

trying to work out the feasiblility of of swapping in a '06 E55 engine into my '95 E320.
or how about a '07 E350/550?

You'll need to bring along the transmission, too, as they are electronically integrated.

You understand, of course, that this means the car will have to meet the emissions standards of the year of the engine. So, be sure to bring along OBD2.

Hi mj,
The engine, transmission, EIS (ignition switch), throttle (accelerator) pedal, relevant wiring loom(s) also have to be on the list, and possibly the air conditioning unit, as they all talk to each other over the CAN bus. The EIS and the ECU (engine control unit) are encrypted to each other so one doesn't work without the other.
You may be up for a lot of diagnostic work just to be able to strat the engine, never mind move the car. And the ABS (anti skid braking) and ESP (Electronic stability program) also talk to the engine and transmission, or not, so there goes your safety!
I don't think it is feasible....
