Simple question but not so simple answer...

I've got a 2004 c240. Although there isn't a PCV valve there is a valve like stem that is in between two tubes that come from the PCV inlet hose area. If you don't know exactly where I'm speaking of, let me explain...

You've got the L shaped tube that is between the throttle position sensor (which is attached to the throttle actuator) and the MAF. Stemming from the L shaped tube, there is a *inlet hose* which leads to or from perhaps the breather boxes. I CANNOT seem to get the tubes off of that valve like thingy that I'm speaking of. Can anyone give me any advice on how they've gotten tubes off of ANYTHING that they were having problems with? Thanks!!

Perhaps cutting them and getting new ones???

Hi enap

Would you like to use the UserCP ^^^ and add some details about your location & ride. Also you have your own forum here where all C240 discussions are listed.

From this WIS diagram - is your question about item 8? I think that it just pulls off. Maybe if it has 'hardened' you will have to cut it off. Buy the replacement first!
